One reason I chose the cross trainer that we got was because it has an iPad holder, so I can watch something on catch up or Netflix while I exercise :D

Both fires lit again, the lime tree is covered, as it's a new ish tree. Molly is asleep under the bedspread    and we're having curry for dinner.

Why is it that we«re supposed to be living in a hot country, yet we're colder than England and Grumpy now can't get his winter fuel allowance???

I suppose though that pensioners here need the heating on for a good part of the year, day and night and especially in Winter, so can have ridiculously high bills. If you're abroad you're at least having good weather for a longer period and have the advantage of a lower cost of living in shops etc meaning that a pension goes further than it does here.

Ton, the coldest I have ever been was in Saudi Arabia.

When I first got there and saw the locals in those puffer gillet jackets I wondered what it was all about, after less than a year I knew why.

During the day it was 50C, or higher, but in the evening, when it dropped to the mid 20sC, there was no way to get warm! Yes, 25C was freezing!!!
