A power walk round these hilly streets and luckily a rest day from the squats.

I'm meeting a friend mid morning in pasteleria Teide for coffee and cake.

Good morning Ally and all, it's raining here. I went out to the bin at 7am and there was a bit in the air but not enough to stop us going for a walk. By the time I'd made Joe's breakfast and coffee it was pouring down. I'll get my exercises done early and see how it goes I think.

There's some housework to do and some crochet to work on.

She wants to call in to some more employment agencies- she has applied for another couple of jobs, the one she really fancies, in the library, closes for applications today, so some VV vibes for an interview for that would be much appreciated! I'm just tagging along to get my steps in Zumba tonight

Jo, it's really grey here but so far no rain. Looking at the forecast it's meant to stay dry which is fine by me, esp as the temperatures are set to drop to freezing overnight again for a few weeks.
Vic, how are you settling back in the UK? It must be quite an adjustment again

Usual work day for me, colleague and I popping out for lunch and then quiet evening home - my kind of day

Good morning everybody.
Have been to have the tyres checked on our car.
When we were driving home last night from Blackburn on the M65, got a warning light to say that there was a problem with the tyres. So pulled over on to the hard shoulder and took a torch to look at them. Couldn't see anything wrong so drove steadily home at 50 mph. Had HGV passing us.
So this morning went to ATS. First customer. They had a good look at all the tyres and checked the pressures. Then reset the computer on the instrument panel.
Total cost-- nothing. I have always bought tyres from them and will not use anyother tyre company.
We have sunshine and it is getting warmer. Going dancing this afternoon.
Got a text to say we will get our new passports very soon. Only sent them off to be renewed on 25th January 2017.
