I'm going for a good long run this morning and today's a rest day from the squat challenge.

Going to Decathlon to get myself a couple of pairs of hiking socks.

Work 6 - 9 and home for the Marigold Hotel on BBC1.

Bit dull but dry at the moment, think rain's forecast.

Up early as I'm off out for coffee with the ladies, should be an interesting morning, we have someone coming from the hospice to chat to us and collect the cheque for the money we raised at our coffee morning a couple of months ago.

Funny weather here; looking out the window grey and drizzly the one side and lighter skies further out... apparently expecting quite a bit of wind

Usual work day for me and usual evening home. Last night I had my first sighting of my hedgehog(s) for the year, the weather has been quite warm so they're starting to come out of hibernation. About right time wise, but we're expecting a few nippy nights still so I'll be making sure there's plenty food and water out for them and also extra hay just in case they need to fill up their hibernation boxes a bit more.

Off supermarket shopping later and, as instructed by the doc, will be buying fish - just not sardines

Will give gardening a miss today, although I might use a cushion and sit down to do it

Good Morning all,
Quite bright here but colder and very windy.
A new M&S is opening this morning just 5 miles up the
road so nearer than the Canterbury one. Aldis is opening
next to it tomorrow and Home Bargains next week.
I will be going to have a look later today.
Very convenient as they are built on the same site as a Spire Care
Hospital with a walk in clinic. Ok if the excitement of the new
shops gets too much for me!!!!!

Ria, so pleased that the hedgehogs are showing themselves. We were walking across the golf course yesterday morning and a lot of molehills have appeared on there since we were last on there at the weekend.
