I do not do cheese so the mouse has to have curry. ;)

And I cannot compute without a mouse. I dislike touch-pads and am no good with touch-screens. My tablet has a dock and in that is plugged a....... baby mouse.

My mouse has two buttons and a wheel. It is the second one I have had since I started using a computer many years ago after I retired.
I also have a pad with a wrist rest at the end. This means my arm is raised when I am using the mouse.
Have learnt to use the touch pad on my laptop.

I'm quite happy with a 2-button and scroll-wheel wireless mouse, but I do wish the batteries would last longer .... :)

I have various rodents to complement my computers. Both touch screen machines on my desk are connected to rodents as touch is OK for browsing but totally useless for fine text control and a major PITA in general compared to a rodent.

I've just resurrected an old rodent, rechargeable with a dock, 4 buttons and a two axis wheel. it works like a 2 button with a wheel as I turn all the frippery off.

No cheese though. I get cheese first, Mrs S second and the dogs third. The rodent has to do with fresh air. Good for it..

Left click, right click, middle click and scroll (scroll wheel) forward button and back button.

It allows for getting round a page without constantly 'mousing about'. :D :D :D

On the mac that translates to

Click
Control Click
[middle click is programmable so not always available]
Go to the side bar and drag or click to scroll
Click the back button
Click the forward button

These are all available to program on the latest Mac touchpads but I really _REALLY_ hate touch pads that go off into lala land when you wrist hits it...

Mac mice are fairly dumb. If you don't mind clicking or dragging 10 times more than a PC user with a smart mouse does, it's fine.
