Went to Ourique this morning, ordered what we wanted, they said it would be tomorrow afternoon. Brill, as we need to get some things sorted out tomorrow.

Phone call at 6.30 - what sort of sand do you want? Erm, we ordered grosse this morning - are you sure? do you want fino? No, grosse. Okay.

20 minutes later, it's delivered

We have to go tomorrow, to pay them

I'd made a comment along the lines of you'd be lucky to get customer service like that in this country.
