Not keen on either separately, but mixed ... yum.

I make patties with them ... mashed spud, peas and sweetcorn in a breadcrumb coating - heaven. :D :D :D

It's sunny here, although it poured down for 10 minutes when I walked Billy earlier this afternoon. I swear that there must be a sensor which I step on because if it's going to rain then it always starts in one of two places - either five minutes from home on the path behind the houses opposite us or right on the very bottom corner of the common which is the furthest point from home.

Joe went to college today and Thursday is usually the day when he's late home but he texted me at 12 to say he'd finished so was getting the next bus.
It turns out that, apart from the Wednesday morning maths class, they've completed everything engineering-wise for the year so the course may be declared over next week although he'd still have to go in for maths. He said the tutor told them that if it works out that way they'll have an 18 week long Summer holiday....

OK, that's it!

I am putting the heating on. 16°C indoors is not warm when it is only 9°C outside and cloudy.

Only because Antonia is really skinny and feels the cold.
