Jen I didn't know your history (not that there's any reason why I should ) so I hope things don't get awkward, and that the focus is all on the baby and mum and dad, and the enjoyable occasion Have a lovely time xx

Not too much of a history really Kaz, E and I will have been married 44 years this December so my first attempt was many years ago. I was only 17 when I married my ex, we were together for just over 7 years and it was my decision to end things. He disappeared after the break and did nothing for the children so E adopted them. He surfaced again when M was 21, she's 52 now, it was all so long ago I don't have a problem with him. His wife, although always polite is a bit prickly, not sure why, her problem not mine.
