Few beers as a starter  then bringing a takeaway campero home.

Stuffed full of chicken, lettuce, red cabbage, tomatoes, jalapenos, mayo and chilli dressing. With chips.

Just put the roasters in the oven, pork loin to follow soon and we'll be sitting at the back of the house, looking at fields and a forest 8-)

I bought a rotisserie cooked chicken yesterday. We had baked veggies with it - onions, peppers, courgettes and cherry toms in oil and rosemary :) I did a small gammon steak for B as she doesn't eat chicken.

Spatchcocked blackened chicken with roasted new potatoes, coleslaw, salad and avocado dip (not enough avocado left to make guacamole) :)
