Morning Cruiser and Saundra

Welcome back Cruiser, hope you had a fun time.

Hopefully the not so nice weather doesn't dampen either of your spirits? If anything it's a good excuse to do the necessary bits only and then have a relaxing day.

Kaz, take some paracetamol and see if that'll nip it in the bud. And I'm leaving tomorrow; flight is at 4pm - couldn't leave earlier as we have a board meeting tomorrow that I need to be here for.

Sort of usual / usual for me - work day will be usual but leaving drinks for a colleague tonight. Won't stay out late though as I'll have an early start tomorrow. Claudia and I are both jetting off tomorrow so we'll catch a train together from Woking to Waterloo; she however needs to leave quite a bit earlier than me so I'm just going to leave with her so we can share a cab

have a lovely day all x

Morning everyone

Hazy again - but by heck, it's warm 8-) 8-)

Because it's hazy and misty, the internet is pants and I've just re-booted about 3 times, changed sockets etc and it's soooo slow. :cute: :cute:

But I've managed to get the house cleaned - we have a special visitor tomorrow :Hi: :Hi:  3 loads of washing out - the line needs sorting out, the sheets are practically sweeping the drive   Ironing will be done later. Grumpy has just about finished the base for the pergola and he has a list of other jobs to do later

Hope it clears up quickly Kaz - mine did. Told it to go away, I do not need a cold very firmly - and it worked

Safe journey tomorrow Ria xx We'll see you at Faro airport :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, hope the weather improves for you x

Good morning all, it's raining quite heavily here at the moment.

I got up earlier than normal to take Billy out for a walk before it started. It was forecast for around 8am so I wanted to be home by then but typically it stayed dry (and quite bright) until 10ish.

Joe's still in bed, he was at the gym until 10pm last night so I think he's earned a rest. According to Instagram, Tom's packed a lot of his belongings for moving out of halls and back home next week. I nagged him to do it, and supplied him with some boxes, as last year he insisted on staying until moving out day and doing it all then. They had to return keys by 10am so we arrived at 8.30 and the plan was that everything would be packed and all we'd have to do was load up the car. Ha! He'd only packed up probably half of his room and nothing in the kitchen, then everything had to be carried down two flights of stairs. This year's plan is for him to pack what he doesn't need and we'll bring it back on Saturday when we drop him off after work.

Kaz, I hope it comes to nothing xx

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

The christening went really well and Charlotte was absolutely perfect, she didn't cry once. All the adults behaved well too ;)

We got back home late afternoon yesterday. Feeling really crocked this morning, all the driving hasn't helped at all. My ankle was up like a balloon last night, needed to use an icepack to bring it down and my back is really playing up. Definitely need to use the car to get to town later, would prefer to give it a miss, but we're completely out of fruit and veg so needs must and all that.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon :)
Hazy and cloudy but quite warm here. Lots more rain due tonight and tomorrow though.

Glad everyone behaved Jen, and hope you can have a few days of nice long lie-ins to recover x
Exciting Ton and Ria :Hi:
Hope the packing plan works Jo :)
Hope the pills work Kaz :)

I've been into town, since it's going to rain after today. Had a click and collect to collect, and a few bits in Tesco.
They have bananas on offer, packs of 5 for 49p so I got some - they're gigantic!
Have a good day all
