Morning all :D

Nice and bright here today.

As usual we're up late, only just finishing brekkie

Well we had good intentions of doing the garden yesterday but did nothing, really will be having a go today.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good luck with that Jan. When I was wired up with mine it kept triggering when I was walking down the corridor to go and see someone who needed me urgently. I'd have to stop and stand still to the amusement and bemusement of a lot of people where I was working..

Afternoon all - I had a phone call this morning to tell me Amy has been in a car crash, written the car off (!!) Tom's gone to the hospital, she has broken her arm but he said it's a miracle she walked away with the car being so badly damaged. Said she lost control of it en route to work...hope to god she wasn't texting!

She's not top of my list of favourite people atm either after the weekend shenanigans. But I hope she learns from this and recovers well. I have a feeling there may be repercussions though...she has a compound fracture in her left arm in two places, she's going to be 'knocked out' while they try to put it back in place and then likely she'll need a plaster cast on or something similar. His phone reception isn't good in the hospital environment so I'll hopefully get more info when he gets home, whenever that may be. I suspect he might go and stay with her for a bit till she can manage with the cast. We'll need to discuss it.

He said she lost control of the car. It's a road she uses every day to get to work, I can only assume she was either driving too fast for the conditions or she had her attention diverted. Since she's never off her phone though it does make you wonder...

I've been feeling very achey as if I'm coming down with something ...I'm putting it down to all the gardening I did yesterday and hoping that's all it is! I've taken some Nurofen so hopefully they will help. I'm in work but Mondays are quiet once my paperwork is done. My laptop has gone off to Stuart to see if he can fix the problem with the connection, when I described the problem, he thought it might be the wifi card (??) but he'll sort it either way.

It's quite cloudy and warm here today, I have however got a heater on at work, this building is damp and cold all year round.

Have a good Monday xx

Oooh Gal :( Sounds as if she had a narrow escape! Like you, I hope she wasn't on the phone, or she'll be in trouble :( Hope your laptop gets sorted!

Nice day for gardening Jen :D

Good luck with the monitoir Ton xxxx

Well done on the weight loss Suff, keep going, slow and steady wins the race ;) 1lb off again for me this week :)

Di that's pretty much how it is for E, J and I :) Meeting first then off for coffee, maybe a sandwich or something, and a good natter :D

Oh Ria it's fabulous weather here today as well , really warm and sunny :D 8-) I hope Harry the cat is ok ((((x))))

Well I've had a good day. Another pound gone, B came into town and met us after the meeting, then we went out to Quedgley in E's car, to Next, to see if they had a dress she wanted. She saw it last week when we went to the Cheltenham retail park one, but they didn't have her size. This branch didn't either, but they've ordered it in for her 8-)

Sat with the patio doors pulled back, enjoying the warmth and the view if my geraniums and herbs 8-) 8-) 8-)
