I'm not really here, I'm at work but it's quiet and there's only me here so I'm nipping here

Raining today, gardens need it so I guess that's ok plus I'm trapped here for the next 6 plus hours anyway....we did absolutely nothing yesterday after the littlies had gone. In fact Tom went to bed for an hour in the afternoon but I napped on the sofa whilst reading my Kindle. Jen was home last night after a split shift at work, she'll be back tonight but then gone again till probably Sunday.

Back from the doc with an increase on the colesterol drug, although he-s happy that it is coming down, slowly With regards to the heart, there is a little blip every now and then / which I can feel / but he is not concerned but if I feel the need, I can go to the cardiologist in Evora, but he didn-t think it necessary.

Should the massive heart rate happen again, whizz off to Castro urgencia and then see him afterwards and then make the appointment for the cardio bloke.

And he gave me a prescription for 6 months for bags and back plates

Just started absolutely belting it down with rain in North Dorset ....

Went out to the shops and bank earlier on, and it seems to be Flag Flying day. There's a French tricolour flying down at the Polish car-wash; I suspect that's because there's a party of Neubourgers here (twinned town), leastways, there's a French-registered coach in the local car park.

Up at Shaftesbury, the stirring site of a huge St. Wite's Cross snapping defiantly in the breeze above the Town Hall. That's the flag of Dorset; a white cross, bordered in red, on a primrose background. A somewhat smaller Union Jack nearby ..

Finally, on the return to Gillingham, I spotted someone had a flagpole in his front garden and was flying the red Manx flag! I didn't know we were having a state visit from our favourite forum member!

And they brought me a new camera
Iv go two
But J Download stuff on big PC I can't even see how to operate this new gadget so I must have a fiddle with it it looks weird and no doubt wonderful
