Good Morning Monday

Morning everyone

Lovely morning, cool first thing, hotting up already 8-)

Done the watering, Grumpy out building before it gets too hot.

Hair cut later and then the dreaded salmon for dinner - I've managed to avoid it for 3 nights, but really need to use up the salad

Oh and ironing

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Hope you have a good day Jan, yikes ironing in that heat! When it gets hot here (sarcastic chortle smiley) I do mine as early as I can ;) Hope you manage the salmon

Weeeell it's Monday again, hoping for another loss at WW but accept that it's sloooow going at this stage so not too worried about it ;) 8-) Becky's laptop has been in the repair shop for over a week, she got a text last night to say it was ready so I expect she'll be there on the doorstep first thing  :geek: Mick has gone to the specialist dentist in Bristol, but will be back by lunchtime :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Very windy but very warm here this morning.
Must get the washing on as it should dry quickly.
It is my grandaughter`s birthday today and to celebrate
she has put her baby scans on Instagram for all to see
as she is so excited.
Happy Birthday, Klara xx

Morning all

what a lovely weekend that was - had a friends 50th on Saturday night and met up with a whole bunch of people I'd not seen in close on a year. Such a good time. We all used to live really close to each other (down South London) but we've now all moved on and out of London so getting together is never easy. Next get together I suspect will be my 50th end of this year.... at least party's are a good excuse to meet up

Jan, what about making fish curry one day; that may work for you?
Good luck to Mick today Kaz, hope the dentist goes well. And good luck at WW - but agree, that it's very slow going so close to target. If you're happy as you are though, could you not call target and going forwards just stay on your maintenance plan?
Happy birthday to you granddaughter Lissie, hope she has a lovely day

Well usual work day for me and then meeting a friend for dinner after work; love meeting up with her because it's always an early evening. We meet by 6 at the latest and then on the 8.30 train home :D

have a lovely day all x

Morning all :D

Nice and sunny here.

Ironing, what's that :o good luck Ton, sounds like my idea of severe punishment

Your weekend sounds fun Ria. Think it was you who asked for photo's of our new garden furniture, thought I'd better pop some on the photo board after wittering on about it for ages

Good luck to Mick at the dentist Kaz. E's back there later this morning as his new teeth need a bit of adjustment. We were planning to walk into town this morning, but it will have to wait until this afternoon, fingers crossed the weather holds up.

Hope you all have a good day :D

A quiet day here, preparing for the arrival of Master O and fiancée (at about 12:00 tonight) for a three day visit.

(We shall probably all be screaming at each other by Thursday).

Enjoy your day, all! :D

Snap with Mick, Kaz. I've been to the dentist to have root canal work done. I've had better starts to the day! Still, it's done now hopefully.

Windy, rainy and dull here, but not cold.

Good afternoon all, it's grey and breezy here.

Haven't been out yet as Bill's paw pad still looks tender. He's pretty good at having his tablets though so we'll see how it goes. Weather-depending we'll take him out tonight, Hednesford Hills is very soft and grassy underfoot for him whereas the common is quite gravelly in places.

Look what's just been delivered! Unfortunately they're not for me, they're for Anna opposite. I'm expecting a parcel so answered the door. We try not to take stuff in for them as they run an Ebay business from home, making those sticker quotes for on walls, and have deliveries coming throughout the day but are frequently out and seem to think that they can rely on neighbours to take them in for them. You don't mind once in a while but it's a daily occurrence that you see vans pulling up and then trying various doors on the close to see who'll take in the parcels.

Hope Mick gets on ok Kaz!

Afternoon all, it's a bright and breezy day here. Mr Osc has just gone out to play golf. A humdrum day for me, defrosting the freezer, changing the bed, doing some ironing, so exciting I can hardly contain myself
