Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 02 Jul 2017, 05:07

Good morning. :D

Had a great flight over on Friday and have been having a blast since I landed!

I'm in Nottingham now at Craig & Leilani's. Jacob joined us last night and we played a new game called Obamalama...I honestly don't think I've ever laughed as much in my life!

This morning I'm meeting Helena at 10am in the town centre. :D

Later I'm hooking back up with C, L and J and we're going out for lunch which will stretch into a cocktail or two then dinner. :D

Have a great day everyone. X

Morning you two, morning everyone

Have a fab day Ally - sounds like fun from start to finish
Saundra, enjoy your Sunday - sounds like a pretty perfect day to me as well.

I'm being picked up just after 11am to go to Thomas's schools Summer Family BBQ. Thankfully the weather is looking promising so hopefully lots of people will be there. They usually manage to raise quite a bit of money for the school which is great

Then home and start thinking about what I need to pack for Brum on Tuesday. Monday evening and Tuesday morning will be a mad rush as I need to sort out the cats and the hedgehogs for the time I'm away so don't want to be thinking about it all then.

Have a lovely day everyone - enjoy whatever it is you're up to x

Morning all :D

Actually got a lie in this morning, wasn't woken up until 7.17  Elijah says it was a mistake and not likely to happen again

The sun's shining so hopefully they'll want to play in the garden later.

Not expecting Z& M back until 6ish and then it's the drive home.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all!

Say hi to H for me Ally! :Hi: :Hi:

Enjoy the school thing Ria! Only two more sleeps! :D :D

Enjoy the men in lycra Saundra :D

Jen

We had an absolutely lovely day yesterday! We were the first guests to arrive, apart from Z who flew in on Friday from Germany, and Rose was so surprised when I walked in that she burst into tears! :D We had a great afternoon, then just my sister and I and our OHs went for a meal and a catch up :) We asked Chris but he wanted to get back. It was great to see him, and everyone else! :D

Today will be much quieter, we need a food shop and will pop round to see D later :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Bit more gardening for me this morning, Grumpy under very strict instructions to do one hour only.

Antonia coming round later and we'll have a chat then dinner, then footie. So I'll need to get some dusting done before that   I tend to ignore indoors in this weather and enjoy being outside 8-) 8-)

Hope the weather stays good for you all over there Ria xx Steve was asking how you wer the other night - that was the one you tried to kill off with the mozzie spray ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, day 3 of our dance marathon weekend, and I'm rather glad that today's event is in the afternoon so we can get to bed early tonight  Last night was good fun, we had a meal with two other couples and then off to the dance. Didn't get home until almost 1am which is the killer for me, as I am hopeless at late nights. Today's event is the annual 'do' of a particular organisation, so there will be food as well. Our favourite organist from Blackpool Tower Ballroom will be providing the music, it should be a good afternoon. Nice enough day too, it was beautiful when we were coming home last night, still light in the sky at 1am. Interestingly enough we are thinking of a cruise to the Norwegian fjords next June - when we got home we looked at a webcam in Norway and it was almost like daylight - that would be fun to see.

Saundra, we looked at doing it that way instead of a cruise, but it would be quite messy to arrange. Good to know of someone who has been there, I've heard it's lovely all right.

Norway is a lovely place Osc - as Saundra said, very expensive though. If you have any questions, ask away, I have Norweigan friends.
