This country is infected with what the security services would describe as 'sleepers' and they are ready to pounce.... when the time is right.

Cardinal Keith O'Brien has had to resign because of allegations of 'inappropriate behaviour' over 30 years ago by three priests and a former priest, But why now? Is it because they were so traumatised at the time and their lives were ruined? No! It is because the Cardinal would have had a say in who would be the new Pope, so in their minds he had to be stopped.

These accusers are opportunist cowards.

Lord Rennard has been accused of 'inappropriate behaviour' by a woman who claimed that he "touched her leg and invited her back to his hotel room". What? How about "Keep your hands to yourself" and "No thanks, I have to pick my toenails". No chance, it was far better to keep the story till it could do most damage.

These people are pathetic.

As for Rennard, bullying is second nature in Westminster, he looks what he is another arrogant slob who like far too many MP's he thought he could get away with his advances, and after all when individuals did complain at the time wherever his hands strayed,they were told his behaviour was par for the course, and one female who showed a bit of guts bringing it to Cleggs 2 IC's notice was fired and made to sign a gagging order..

But hang on Kate, if she had a backbone she would have made it known at the time and told them to stuff the gagging order.
