We've been out all day, paying a visit to our old home town to see an old friend, and have
really enjoyed the outing. Now we are going to relax, and catch up on Wimbledon tennis .

Picked Master O up from the railway station as he's down for a few days on furlough. Noticed in the station carpark that I'd picked up a nail in a rear tyre, however , so a quick visit to the local garage who repaired it for £20.

Marvellous flying display in our avenue this evening from a flock of around 20 or so house martins, swooping and diving across the gardens and driveways ...
