And this is only the start

After the spectacular vote of no confidence in May for leading the Brexit negotiations, the people who voted for Brexit and then switched votes to Labour at the last election are getting exactly what they deserve with the UK government concedes transitional role for ECJ after Brexit.

Let's put this in context.

Canada, with CETA, refused to allow the ECJ to rule on any trade issues that come as part of CETA and insisted that separate and totally independent trade courts be set up so that the ECJ have no say in any CETA related challenges.

Honestly I'm quite pleased. I'll wind up with full rights to work and live in the EU and the UK will get raped; economically. Karma.

Meanwhile May is asking for Corbyn to live up to his manifesto commitment and support the Tories in their negotiations on Brexit. A lot of silence there.

One of the reasons for Brexit was that our elected representatives should make our own laws. This being under the control of the ECJ had better not happen.

It will happen in the short term. Let's face it, the government is not strong enough to remove it, the rest, almost, except for Labour, don't want it removed and Labour has a manifesto promises that it will be removed; however most Labour MP's don't want it but are so scared of appearing to have screwed up Brexit that they will tell anyone any story they think that will be believed.
