an e-mail which it is from HMRC which says that they have "recalculate" ?? my last fiscal activity ?? and they owe me £365 ,and i have until mid-night tonight to follow the link they have given me and to put all my details on the online form.
Now as i have been out of the country for the last 11years and not paid any tax in UK ,where has this refund appeared from ??

Very true, total scam. I had similar back in January.
