I've just been wandering round the garden and it's such a nice temperature at the moment a walk needs to be done...save going later like I did yesterday in stupid heat.

Nothing much planned. Relaxing and reading by the pool. A yomp is on for tomorrow so I'll enjoy just chilling today.

Morning Ally An early walk sounds a good idea

Been awake since about 5.30 as someone was banging about in the bathroom, and as our bedroom door was ajar to let air through, it woke me up! At 6.30 Mick stirred, so I offered to make a cuppa, got back to bed with said cuppas five minutes later and he was back fast asleep So I drank them both

Harry wants to go to town today for college supplies - stationery mainly - so I'm giving zumba a miss again, but will go tomorrow night. We'll see D for lunch, after town Think I'll get the washing on before we go out, there is a !ovely day forecast

Lovely, cool morning, before the heat of later on. Back into the 40's again

Grumpy out painting, washing machine on and Maria is here with her sheep. They're having a lovely munch on the stalks in the field

Gardening for me, before it gets too hot, then inside or in the pool until it cools down again later.-

one good thing about the Alentejo, it's lovely and cool at night, much better for sleeping

Had a much better night thank goodness, actually feel almost human this morning.

E's appointment went well, he was given the all clear for another 6 months, 4 years down now

Just off for brekkie. It's sunny and dry right now, hope it stays that way for the drive home.

Morning all, it's overcast here but warm. We will be on the road soon on our way to Lisburn in Northern Ireland to go to an outdoor afternoon tea dance. We have booked a restaurant for lunch beforehand. On the way home we will call to friends in Newry - D has not been well so they are not dancing much at the moment. Better go and get some makeup on!
