Afternoon all, nice day here again like yesterday, sun and cloud but warm. Went out this morning to a nearby hotel, my friend from Florida arrives today and I wanted to leave a card and little birthday gift for her. My problem was that I didn't know her partner's surname in case the booking was in his name, which it was. However the very helpful receptionist sorted it out for me, two people booked of the same first name but only one with a Florida phone number Then I bumped into one of my friends who is coming to the girls lunch on Tuesday, so I was able to tell her that I had left her a message on her house phone less than half an hour previously

I had put out two loads of washing before going to bed last night, and got them all in nice and dry. We've been for a stroll around the block and met up with one of Mr Osc's old golf buddies and his wife, I had not met his wife before, and we had a nice long chat standing there on the pavement. Nothing planned for the rest of the day, there is plenty I could do but probably won't
