We're expecting the chap to do our boiler annual service anytime after 1pm today. As we've only just got up and still haven't had brekkie don't think we'll be venturing far today

Ria, it was a lovely, albeit quite chilly, walk. Really must dig out a pair of gloves. I took a torch with me for in the woods but it was just light enough to see by the time we got there.

Cromwell, there's a first! You with nothing to do, no one to take anywhere. Enjoy it! Make a habit out of it!

Thanks for asking Jo. Still struggling to walk any distance, some days hardly at all. Must admit I get really depressed about it, but apart from taking the painkillers, which don't help much, there's not much can be done until I get the MRI results. That was done 28 Aug and I'm still waiting
