Me too :D :D

Like Di, we will miss the first one, arriving home that evening so will probably watch it the next day. Will also muss two in October. But good to see it back :D

Aggers, Shirley Ballas is very well qualified and I think she will do well, if she avoids the trap of creating a persona for herself.

I am glad that the Rev. has gone as he made me cringe.
He did`nt seem much better when he was in The Comunards with Jimmy Somerville
in the 80`s.
If you want a laugh watch this.

Can I be a dissenting voice?

Not watching it this year, after all the talk of same-sex dancing and the gay vicar etc.

To be brutally honest, I think the show is beyond its "sell by" date now. Brucie was a huge loss and Len Goodman did well to get out when he did ........

Reverend Richard is my friends cousin. He is a lovely man, very friendly, warm and funny. But knows he cant dance. That said I thought he upped his game far far more than Simon on Sunday and for that reason he should have been saved.

The talk of same sex dancing, was a something and nothing and why is a gay vicar worth a mention Ossie? We have had gay people on SCD since the beginning, including Craig and Bruno

[/quote].

There are lots of topics being aired nowadays that sometimes make watching TV objectionable.
I don't know what is going wrong with society today, there are so many things being accepted
now that not many years ago would have produced the comment, "Don't be so B daft", such as
Gay Marriage and Gender change. I wonder what it will be next.

With regard to the new Strictly, I think I shall miss Len Goodman. He was my idea of a genuine
Ballroom Dancing Judge. I agree that Bruce was a great loss, but the two girls are doing well.
