Morning all :)

Nice and bright here today.

Managed to get all the shopping done yesterday so that's it, if I haven't got it now, too bad, the drawbridge is firmly up

Decided to reverse things a bit and do the washing today. Makes sense, there's bound to be a bit of fluff so it's better to do the cleaning tomorrow. All my mobility aids for after the op are due to be delivered sometime before 2pm. Missed a call from the chap coming to check the bed, I've left a message on his phone to say we're in, not sure if he'll turn up too.

Have a good day :)

It really does!

Kaz, I went to Aldi and Tesco last night and both were pretty quiet and I was in and out of each in no time. In both there was only one person in front of me at the checkout. I managed to get everything but a red cabbage so will pop out at some point for that, could probably do with some tea bags too.

Saundra, it's foggy here too but the sun's doing it's best to break through.

Oh dear lord, Sainsbury's was a nightmare! Over two hours shuffling round, and the queues at the till were heaving! D only had a few bits to get, so I told her not to wait for me and that I'd get Mick to collect me. By the time Mick picked me up she'd already got home, got packed away, and had rung Mick to ask if I'd got home yet!  :x

As I was leaving an old lady going in said "You've been busy!" I told her not to bother going in as I'd emptied the shelves..... ;) In my defence I have four to feed tomorrow, five on Sunday, six on CD, and my sister and family are coming on Friday - and I have NO intention of going anywhere near another Supermarket in the meantime
