Morning Ally, morning all :)
Not looking bad out there, frost on the cars, quite bright.

Off out this morning, I shall miss art as it's our support group.
The lady who has led/looked after the group since it started is retiring which is sad, we shall miss her.

Not sure what else I'm doing, will see how it goes.
Hope you all have a good day

Grey here. Shortly going to take MrsC into Wakefield to meet an old college friend who is down from the north east. Might try and make an appointment with the dentist, there again I might bottle it!

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone. It looks bright and dry out. No plans for the day so I'll just be going with the flow and perhaps doing a bit more decluttering. I'm looking at U3A as a possibility. Does anyone know anything about it. There seems to be lots of different activities and I need to get out and about again.

I need a dentist too Cromwell because I have a little hole where I think a bit of filling has fallen out but I'm wimping out too. It doesn't hurt and I have an appointment in March.

Enjoy your beers and tapas Ally.

Morning all and happy Friday

Ally enjoy your day and tapas
Di, have fun at the support group. No bright morning for me - grey and wet it was, but at least that meant no frost or scraping windscreens; I gather that's happening tomorrow morning
Cromwell and Liz, go to the dentist before it gets worse (and more expensive!). Small holes can quickly turn into abscesses that require a lot more work.
Liz, good idea to get out and about again; no idea re the U3A so can't help there x

Friday = lunch provided by work; Thai today - yum. Then out for dinner as well tonight - I'll be rolling home. Meeting up with two friends I met about 16 or so years ago when I did my horticultural course and we've been friends since.

Have a lovely day all x

Morning everyone

Blowing a hooley here   Out of that wind, it's hot, but by heck, it's cold in it. But good for drying, so the washing machine is on.

Feeling slightly tender in the mouth this morning, so will have another easy day. At least the back is up and ready for moving stones    as Grumpy wants another path in the garden :? 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Di, that's a shame, will the group need a new organiser? xx

Cromwell, do it before it becomes an emergency! ;)

Liz I had to think, do you mean University of the Third Age! :) I don't know much about it, but I think trying new things is a great idea :D xxx

Ria, yum!!

Jan, take it easy until the soreness passes. Gargle some salt water, it will help to heal the gum (((x)))

Shopping with D this morning, nothing much planned otherwise, apart from some cleaning. Mick has mended the holes in the kitchen ceiling - decorating next! Bit of a drastic way to get there, but at least I'll get my kitchen painted! :? :cute:

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Good Morning all,
Quite mild but getting foggy.
Man from SS coming about the bathroom this morning.
It has been assessed that we will have to find about £6000 and they
will cover the rest. Son thinks it is fair as he built his own wet room and reckoned
it cost close on £10000 with the tiling etc so we will see what he says.
Looking forward to Sunday as we will meet our little Cici for the first time with her
Mum and Dad and Alyssa and her partner George are coming as well.
I will provide Sausage and Bacon rolls etc instead of a Roast Dinner so we can
have more time with the baby.
