Our village pharmacy is terrific too.

The fall down is between the hospital, their pharmacy and everyone in between.
Me to onc on Tuesday: Don't forget to add the note that the drugs are to be collected from Oakhaven (local hospice) tomorrow.
Onc adds note with big asterisk.
Me to reception: Don't forget that note there about the drug collection.
Receptionist: Of course, they will be there.

Me to nice receptionist at Oakhaven yesterday: Hello, come to collect my drugs
Receptionist: Oh - you're not on our list...knock on the door and see.
Chemo nurse: You should have drugs today? - I'm so sorry, we'll bring them tomorrow. You have to tell reception you know...
It would be forgivable if it was a one-off

Di, I always ask for a print out from the consultation then take it to the pharmacy. I should not have to, but it always works.

Digital only works if the the info is put in. I know, I worked in it.

No good at hospital Wm, the prescription actually goes straight from onc's pc to pharmacy.
The problem is not there, the drugs are issued but don't get brought down here.

I don't know if things are different in Scotland? but only the other day mum was telling me she rang her surgery for dad's repeat prescription and it arrived in the post the very next morning.

I've just renewed Joe's passport online.

We went to Max Spielman earlier, got his photo taken and the assistant checked they were acceptable with a program on the Passport Office website, we came away with the photos and a code.

I've just gone online to the Passport Office website, filled out his application, entered the code which retrieved the photo, made the payment and that was it! So much easier than filling out a paper application.
