Just about to go into the Italian restuarant but had a look at the menu before.


Macarrones con queso is my choice. Garlic bread too.

The local chippy does haddock and chips with mushy peas... delish.

Macarrones con queso = Macaroni cheese. It comes in a tin, not in a restaurant, and is disgusting.

Our kitchen resembles a fruit & veg shop.

Along with other goodies I bought asparagus spears and strawberries.

Add these to the glut of lemons and oranges from our trees (I have picked hundreds this year so far! ) and I could run my own kitchen garden stall.
