I used to think I wasn't a very good sleeper, but this fitbit type thing I've been wearing tracks your sleep and actually it seems I sleep pretty well, averaging about 7.5 hours
I'm a good sleeper but I just don't manage to get a lot - late to bed and early up. My Fitbit tells me that I had a grand total of 4 hours 27 minutes last night. I need to get into the habit of going to bed earlier.
My weekly average is about 6.5 hours - I could do with another hour or so but it's difficult. I try to be in bed by 10pm but that doesn't always work and the alarm goes off at 5.30
