Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 25 Feb 2018, 06:51

Good morning.

Forecast rain but not until this evening...we are desperate for rain so it will be very welcome.

Conor came over yesterday and we watched the two rugby games (fantastic results for Ireland & Scotland! :D ) and then went out for a few beers and a bite to eat. :D :D

Extremely happy to spend today at home and watch/catch up with TV. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

Enjoy the catch up Ally.

I'm just waiting till 10am for Halfords to open so I can get a 12v test circuit and get this damned headlight unit in my car. I spent all of yesterday trying to get some software off a DVD which my antivirus was blocking... Back to that again shortly.

Apart from the car it's washing, cleaning and just getting the apartment into order. I also need to check on the booking.com booking for next weekend as I they had an issue getting the deposit from the credit card.

Other than that, as little as possible.

Have a great day everyone.

Coffee time.

Good morning everybody.
Cold but sunny. Have been for the paper and filled the car with petrol. Just pottering today. Should go dancing tomorrow night but will stay at home if it is cold and wintry,
Suff, when I was younger, I used to do some of my own servicing on my car, such as changing the oil, fitting new bulbs. Have even put a new fan belt on a Mini. Now I just take the car to a local garage. Can still put petrol in and top up the windscreen washer bottle.
Have a good day everybody

Good morning all, bitterly cold here: I was out with Billy before 7 and have just got back so it's coffee time now.

Hopefully the house won't be too hot today! Someone *looks in the direction of Wolverhampton* turned up the thermostat to 26c on Friday night when they stayed after work and we didn't notice during the day while we were in and out but it was unbearable yesterday evening

Have a good day all!

Morning :)
Very very cold but bright and beautiful.

Bb's out with our Minnie and little Minnie, I'm watching the end of an England v NZ cricket match and doing some of yesterday's Times jumbo crossword before my shower.

Plans for the day are getting the bedding washed, and making a beef casserole in the slow cooker for dinner.

Hope you get a decent amount of rain Ally and Ton, and hope you all have a good day

Good Morning all,
Bright and sunny but freezing cold!!
Don has got to go to the hospital today for a check up on his eyes.
Very civilised for once.
They phoned and asked would we like a Saturday or Sunday and what time
would we like. I chose Sunday as the traffic is lighter and parking is easier.
So 2pm it is.

Morning all. Bright but very cold here. Must get some petrol in the car today, I've been driving with the warning light on for a day and a half.
That's one thing about Bridlington Saundra - no crocodiles! I hope you get your rain, Ally and Jan (and your beer).

Taking some wallpaper off today but apart from that not much.

Have a good day all.
