Showers forecast again but as last week's Masterchef is repeated on BBC1 (much to my delight ) I'm happy to zonk on the sofa and indulge.

Don's making a chilli for dinner and there's more televisual feasting with DOI and Endeavour this evening. The end of a perfect weekend.

Washing machine on, so hopefully can get some washing dry this morning.

I really must get some cleaning done this morning too. Roast chicken for dinner.

Never thought I'd say that, but it would clear the snow and slush Still, we managed to get out and about yesterday, and certainly will today, so can't complain! I hope everyone is ok, and all stocked up with supplies if still snowbound xxx

What a change - it's beautiful, clear blue sky and sunshine!
I've a feeling they said rain later, but I'm enjoying it for now. Still pretty cold, the snow hasn't quite gone from the end of the garden.

The farm shop is open this morning instead of Friday, so we may go. Think they have a sausages offer
Teensy piece of lamb for dinner.

Good morning all, we have rain here and fog too.

John's gone out on his bike, he doesn't plan on being out for long though, Joe's stayed at his friend's house so it's just me and Billy at the moment. The rain's stopped us from going for a walk though.

There's still a lot of snow to shift, the rain hasn't really touched it yet. We drove around to see my parents last night and even on the main road on the edge of town, near to the high school, there was a massive drift blocking half of the road with a car stuck in it and from the way it was pointing it looked like it had skidded into it

We're off for a walk into town and a toastie for late breakfast.

Morning all,
Just had to get out yesterday afternoon when the snow began to thaw.
Stuck indoors since Monday and was going mad.
Just took car down to Sainsbury and had a look round as i did`nt need
anything as had a delivery but felt better for getting out.
Just made eggy bread for breakfast.
