Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 08 Mar 2018, 06:41

Good morning.

A few days of much needed rain forecast. It's dry at the moment so I'll nip out for a run. :D :D

Some more report writing shall be tackled along with a bit of pootling.

Work 4 - 9 then home to a 'zingy chicken stir fry' according to my resident chef.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning :)
Beautiful, bright and blue sky, forecast bright breezy day with the odd heavy shower.
I know you need the rain Ally but it's not often I prefer our weather to yours :)

Craft for me this morning, don't know how much I'll do but I shall enjoy the company.
Your dinner sounds nice Ally, I like zingy :)

Have a good day all

Morning you two, morning all :)

Di you wouldn't want my weather, it's clouding over for rain  Have a nice morning at craft :)

Ally, we had chicken stir fry last night, fairly zingy thanks to an M&S roasted chilli and tomato sauce. Lots of broccoli in it - yum! Hope you get your rain, and I don't get mine

Well I'm off to be a daffodil later this morning as I'm collecting for Marie Curie at Morrison's  Yellow isn't really my colour, but it's in a good cause  Jo asked for pics, so I'll do my best although my selfies are usually rubbish :P Pilates tonight, our regular teacher Steph is back after maternity leave :) Will be lovely to see her :Hi:

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning Ally & Di,
We have some more of the white stuff.
Going shopping for a few things this morning.
Did a big shop yesterday after mrs.e had been to the dentist. She has another appointment next week. We go privately so we usually do not have to
wait.
Have a good day everybody

Good morning all, it's raining here but that's better than the snow that was forecast.

I've been over to the post office to mail John's Mom's Mother's Day card and Godmother cards from Joe for Ruth and Alison as they've always been really good to him and have always shown a lot of interest in everything he's done, John's sister is also his Godmother but she can't even be bothered to send him a birthday card so...

Kaz, I hope you raise lots and lots for a really wonderful cause xx

Enjoy craft Di, what are you working on?

Have a good day all!

Good heavens - snow again! It was snowing heavily earlier on, now it's sort of sleety wet snow. It has caused the usual chaos though. It's all slushy and slippy everywhere.

That's really nice Kaz. any chance of a photo? ;) .
Enjoy the craft Di.

Off to the supermarket soon. MrsC was going to see her dad and then go to Wakefield for some retail therapy but I think plans might be changing now. Chicken curry later.

Have a good day all.

Good Morning all,
Bright, cold, windy and sunny here.
Going to try and get some jumpers washed and dried today.
Going to try and get my hair cut.
Don wants us to send little Cici some money to get Premium Bonds.
We did it for all the others and they all won something (not a lot)
Waiting to hear about the Wet Room. We have to pay most of it ourselves
but i have managed to get them to agree to tile it all round at their expense!!
Just got to choose colour--i thought Grey and Navy would look good.
What do you think?
Have a good day.

Navy and grey work well together Lissie but, after having blue tiles in a bathroom some years ago, I think I'd be inclined to go for warmer shades.

Morning everyone

Very wet here :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: and another week of it    More baling out the pool later

Enjoy being a daffodil Kaz - defo need to see photos :D :D

Would like to get the daisies in and maybe one of the lemon trees, will have to see how wet it is.

Enjoy craft Di x

Lissie, I have to agree with Jo, navy sounds good, but I'd go for something like black and red. Or yellow and off-white. I'm looking for tiles too, and althogu we saw some lovely navy ones, in a small room, they closed in on you.

Stay warm, safe and dry everyone xx
