What's for tea Tuesday?

Postby Ally » 27 Mar 2018, 16:58

I've made a chicken Biryani with raita on the side and scrummy chapatis.

I'm starving now!

Pork loin (dirt cheap here) and butternut squash stew. Cooked on the hob.

This being Portugal, we added deep fried diced potatoes and pickled veg

And gert lush it was too.

More the sane tomorrow - I might do sliced spuds, instead of chunks

left overs from yesterday - very similar to what Kaz had the other day..... chicken legs roasted in the oven with various veg and sweet potato

quick and easy and tasty enough.

Bought some beef shin on the bone for £3.50 a kg (marked down) so super cheap.... can't wait to make that in the next few days
