I had those too Osc - much easier to walk around in, with crutches.

I also borrowed a wheel-chair from the Red Cross for the first couple of weeks, might be worth asking about.

Only 2 broccoli ready, now chilled and into the freezer. have to keep one for Sunday lunch

It's overcast but dry here so far, but it looks like it might rain soon.

The weather forecast for our next week's holiday doesn't look too good, so we will have to pack our wintery clothes, I think.

Luckily E was able to get into town while it was still dry. We didn't need a lot, just some veg and fruit and my prescription. Does slow things down a bit so only just had brekkie. Looking forward to hot cross buns later.

Saundra, ouch poor Scarlet's mum, hope it heals okay.

We'll be having a quiet Easter. Did hope Z and the boys would be able to visit, but she's been in bed with a nasty cold the last few days and much as I'd love to see them all, the last thing I need right now is an infection.
