Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 31 Mar 2018, 05:46

Good morning.

A nice day forecast. 8-) 8-)

Picking mum & dad up at 10 and we're off to Miramar for a spot of retail therapy. :D There's a C&A there and I just happen to have a 20% off everything voucher so it would be rude not to pay a visit.

Will pop into Iceland on the way back to the holiday apartment. :D

This evening Don & I are walking into town for the penultimate Semana Santa procession then onto Jose's for a belated Friday beers and tapas with our friends.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sun just coming over the hills and hopefully a better day than yesterdays rain and wind

Going into Ourique to get essential supplies for tomorrow - we're running out of brandy and Mitch is coming for dinner

Will whizz through the cleaning when we get back and then it's back at those weeds

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning :)
Dull out there but not raining at the moment.
The forecast for most of the country is not good for the foreseeable future, you two will be getting fed up with us :)

Bb reckoned he would be ok to work today, so he will do that and shopping on the way home.
I will be topping myself up with zinc and vit c and hoping for the best, plus getting some washing done, maybe even some ironing, ooh the excitement :)

Have a good day all

morning all

up early and getting ready to collect a friend from the station at 11.30 but want to whizz round the house with the vacuum cleaner beforehand. We're having roast chicken and veg for lunch

Started a clear out of my bedroom cupboard yesterday and now have a few things to drop off in one of the clothes collection bins at the supermarkets - esp shoes' got so many I don't wear so may as well pass them on.

Promising to be another miserable wet day - this week off work really hasn't panned out as hoped; rather annoying - but hey ho, not much we can do about it and complaining won't make it different

Di - can you take some Echinacea as well if you're not already? Not sure if that doesn't conflict with any of your meds though?

Have a lovely day all and enjoy all the bits and bobs you're up to xxx

Morning all :)

Have fun shopping Ally, C&A in Hounslow was a favourite teenage haunt for me and my friends :D

Di, I hope you don't catch that cold! Fingers crossed XX

My kindle is a shocker for typos Jan, takes me ages to get it right :cute:

Hope you have a good day with your visitor Ria :) Mick's week off didn't go as planned either - not much decorating, plenty of running backwards and forwards to the vets!

B is still full of cold/sore throat, so is happy to stay indoors today, with the dogs. Pepper is hopping still, and we have physio to do for her. Mick and I will be doing our usual Saturday stuff.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Rotten day here, dull, cold and it has rained heavily overnight. We put some flowers on our parent's graves yesterday and the ground was squelching every step we took.

Not much on today. MrsC is looking after her dad so I'll be in the house again. It would be nice if we could afford to run two cars.

Pizza and wine tonight. Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it's dull and damp here but not raining...at the moment  I am so ready for this long dreary winter to be over, don't anyone tell me it is Spring  Mind you, I do remember snow on this date years ago. Today is Miss Osc's birthday - 41 :o She and SIL are taking the children to an Easter Egg hunt at Malahide Castle this morning, I really hope the rain holds off, and we will pop up to see her later.

Di, I will be joining you in the excitement of the ironing later on
