Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 04 Apr 2018, 06:02

Good morning.

Sunshiney clouds and 22 degrees forecast so nice and warm. 8-) 8-)

Off for a quick walk then back to get ready and go over and see my folks. :D

We're having lunch on their balcony. :D

Work 6 - 9.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning :)
Very dull at the moment, but there's a strong wind so the forecast of bright spells with showers looks reasonable. Fingers crossed.

No treatment today, and Bb had avoided making appointments, so we both have a bonus day off :D
If the weather's ok we're going into the next town, there's a department store that sells Lancome makeup and I need a new eyebrow pencil.
I did buy a Rimmel one but it's rubbish, the Lancome one costs a fortune but does last about two years.
Guess I shall have to go upstairs to the ladies' clothes as well, while I'm there ;)
Maybe lunch out, or at least coffee.

Hope you all have a good day

Morning Ally, Di and everyone

We have a similar day Ally, temperature wise, maybe a little higher - at last 8-) 8-) But only today and tomorrow, then we're back to showers for a week :cute: :cute: :cute:

Off to Castro Verde market this morning. Will buy tomato plants and whatever other plants looks as if they'd survive our garden. Don't need too many more now, filling up nicely. Especially as some-one sliced off some fressias when strimming   , so I've stuck them in the garden too

We will be out for dinner tonight, either with or without Mithcell, depending on if he remembers or not :? :? He's 74 today and on his own. I'll ring him later and we'll see.

Enjoy your day off Di x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning everyone

Ally and Jan - the thought of temperatures being over 20 is something it seems we can only dream of. It started as a lovely sunny morning but they're expecting quite heavy showers as the day goes on
Cruiser have a fab time.
Di, enjoy the day with Bb and enjoy the shopping.

Back to the usual / usual for me

Have a lovely day all x

Another echo here. If you like grey skies and rain, here is the place to be. It seems to have been winter for the last 18 months.

Daughter and Enthusiastic Dog are due shortly, she is having the living room painted today. After that I'm taking off for a couple of hours, maybe just to go out for a coffee and a mooch.

Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it's pouring down here again. This morning was forecast to be dry :?

I got up at 6 to take Billy for a good run and by the time I was washed, dressed and downstairs it was raining. It tailed off a bit so I just took him around the village. I took him out last night and by the time we were a couple of minutes from home it was pouring down, we got part the way through the estate and then he refused to move when we got to a street corner which he knows leads back around to home, he dragged me back then. Anyway I've been down to town since and picked up a few bits. Joe's got a hospital check up this afternoon so off to Stoke we go. If he needs another I'm going to ask for it to be at Stafford as I know they do that clinic there. It's a 2 hour round trip to Stoke on a good day and then there's the problem of finding somewhere to park and all of the waiting around once you're in the hospital. I actually think this is an unnecessary appointment though. It was originally scheduled for January as a follow up check on his bloods with haematology after his surgery but they cancelled it, he's since seen the surgeon who was happy to discharge him (after seeing his bloods).

Di, have a lovely day!

Kaz, I hope the rain holds off for your walk!

Have a good day all!
