That was funny this afternoon.
We were sat outside, in the sun and heard a car come up part of the drive. Next doors dogs were going bonkers, as they'd been left outside.
Out of the car got 4 people, Alexandra, her aunt and a couple, to look at the land next door.
They walked about 10 yards and stopped. Chatted for a couple of minutes and then got back in the car and drove away.
Would you buy a plot of land that hasn't got your own access, apart from either a land that floods or across some-one else's land?
Course not.
Off they went
There are a lot of plots around here, with permission to build. Sadly - not from our point of view the local council has put a stop to all building for the foreseeable future.
