We can't get corned beef here so mum always brings a tin over - as well as a couple for herself. :D

Always a treat when I get a sambo with tomato. :D :D

Jo - when we lived in the UK I used to make this for the boys. They loved them!

Oven bake big potatoes. Cut in half, scoop out the soft tatty, put in a bowl with a knob of butter, some pepper, finely chopped onion, corned beef and lashings of grated cheese. Mix all together, put back into the potato halves and bung back in the oven till the skins are well crispy and the insides are cooked.

One of my favourites ally also use instead of sausages toad in the hole yummy

Morning all, bright but mostly cloudy here and rather cool. I have put washing out for only the second time this year, my Met Eireann app tells me that rain will not come along till later on. Off to the gym shortly, then to the hairdresser this afternoon, the roots are in urgent need of coverage :shock:
