It's not as bad as last time, when it happened as I tugged my boot off.
I went to craft but just for a coffee and chat, I do like to get out when I can, didn't stay long but nice to see people.
Keep getting up and walking around, with fingers crossed

It's been a lovely morning here, although the wind was a bit chilly, and it's looking like rain now.

Been into town this morning to collect a pair of prescription reading glasses.

Probably watching snooker on the telly after lunch.
