Already been for a 6km run and put the washing on before I left. Just pegged it out at 8.30 and it's flippin hot!

I'll have a swim shortly then do nice pootly things until work 6 - 9.

Dull and overcast here, E says there's definitely something in the air so won't be surprised to see some rain, such a change from yesterday.

No plans for today, not sure if I'll get out for a walk, depends on the weather really. The ankle is feeling a bit better, but still need to be careful.

Good morning all, it's grey here now although it was lovely when I walked Billy first thing.

There's a big pile of ironing to tackle today and I want to cut the lawns and plant out some more bedding plants. I've got some lovely fuschias too, from my Mom, and I think I'll put them in a pot by the front door. I love fuschias.
