Ally, I have the same on the weekends when I want to have a bit of a lie in. The birds are so loud you can't sleep through their tweeting so I do the same as you, get up and enjoy the morning

usual / usual for me today; although saying that - doing a bit of a detour on the way home past two households who have offered me spare veg plant. So will collect those this evening and hopefully get everything at the allotment set up by this weekend and planted up. It's so so late but hey...

Walked to town, then up to see D, then home, did a few bits and bobs, then zumba added nearly 4k! They really rack up Trying very hard to keep my weight down, as despite the healthy eating and WW it was creeping up again! I'm not going to let that happen Rotten shame that you had to come home early
