Good Morning Saturday

Postby JoM » 14 Jul 2018, 05:57

Good morning all, it's another sunny one and we didn't really have a good downpour yesterday which was a shame, just a few spots on the patio.

Off out with Billy in a minute and then he has his injections later this morning. On the way back from the vets we'll call in to see my parents. My Dad's having trouble with his phone so wants me to look at that. I think we're going into Stafford this afternoon.

Tom's working today until 7.30pm and then he's off to Shannon's afterwards. I think he's back tomorrow. He had a letter from uni yesterday while he was at work and it confirmed his degree and had all of the information about his graduation so he ordered his robes last night (£41 for an hour or so hire!).

Have a good day all!

Morning :)
Blue sky and sunshine. Not a hint of rain yesterday.

Bb will be working and calling in for shopping, I will be doing nothing much, but may start a new book.

Hope you all have a good day

We had quite a bit of rain yesterday Jo, we certainly needed it too. Enjoy your book Di; Saundra I like roses too.

Blue sky this morning, in a tick we're off to drop a present off for someone then take some cushions back to Dunelm for our daughter.

Have a good day all.

Morning everyone

Cloudy

Did all the watering on my own this morning - takes over an hour  Grumpy was building sandcastles

We're off to Ourique after breakfast, to order more sand. A different one, ready for the renderers. Spoke to Heldar later, he will come up when he can, been rather hectic - well, to be fair, he always is.

Will have a bbq afterthe footie.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Di are you feeling any better today?

I'm actually wondering if we had rain during the night because the paths in the woods, while not exactly damp, seemed much less dusty.

Thanks Kaz, it was a very stressful time waiting for his results because he's so often fallen down at the last hurdle but thankfully the course he did had only one exam and that was during the second year (he's not good with exams). He just had to write a lot of essays and then his dissertation at the end. Results were due to be posted online by June 29th which was the Friday but they didn't actually appear until the following Monday evening :? but he got his 2:1 so all was good in the end :Hi:

Sadly not Jo, Saturdays are pretty much a wipeout, dizzy and unable to function.
Did manage a small washload though, and made my breakfast smoothie. These count as achievements!
Week off next week, then only two to go.
I can do it ;)
