Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 21 Jul 2018, 05:28

Good morning.

Gorgeous again. 8-)

Amy and Dan leave for Australia today so we're taking them to the airport at noon. There will be lots of hugs and tears.

Tonight we're going to Solihull with Jackie and another two couples for a drink and a meal.

We've got a taxi booked for 1.45am to take Don and I to town for us to catch our coach to Glasgow. :Hi:

Have a great day everyone. X

Morning :)
A bit dull at the moment, no doubt will clear.
Bb will be working, but from home for a change on a Saturday. Just as well, as the traffic will be horrendous.

D's son and grandson will be calling in this morning on their way home, other than that will see what the day brings.
I take it you reckon to sleep on the coach Ally!

Have a good day all

Morning Ally, Di and everyone

Dull and cool at the moment, but will warm up later.

Safe journey Ally - that's an early start. I take it you won't bother going to bed?

Should be the last day of rendering today :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: Have to let it dry for at least a week, before the painting can start. But the tiling on the floors can be done :Hi: Grumpy still has to sort out the main drainage and we need to sort out a window too ;)

I'll run the vacuum and mop around later and will make a curry for tonight.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

That's the trouble with living in a beautiful place Di, tourists! I remember what it was like when I lived in York :? Have a nice time with your visitors :)

Sounds like all the work is coming on well Jan 8-) :)

Usual Saturday here, Corretto's for brunch then round to see D. Becky is working this weekend. The sun's out again after a bit of much-needed rain last evening!!

Have a good day everyone :) xx

This house is like a mad house this morning... lots of neighbours popping in to say good luck to Amy and Dan. :P

No point in going to bed and I don't think we'll have any trouble sleeping on the coach after a couple of drinks and a meal. We have snuggly neck things and I can sleep anytime, anywhere any place.

Afternoon all, it's dull here and cooler. We had a nice time with our new friend from Belfast, she was a good houseguest and we had fun at the dance last, she got on very well with everyone. She has headed off into town now for her train home. I am about to make a batch of soup but we have nothing planned for the day. Mr Osc will be watching golf all day, the British Open is on.
