Sajid Javid revealed work is underway to identify the "characteristics" of child sex abusers and their victims in a bid to tackle a "national threat".
Give it a rest, Sajid. We do not need an expensive inquiry and report to get to the nitty gritty. Just send a wonk, or even better and intern doing free work, down to the court archives to look at the records for sexual offences.
The names and addresses of the victims and perpetrators are already there. Job done for only a few bob.
