Two days ago I began a routine of arm exercises thinking I need to improve the strength of them and given I'm away climbing in 2 weeks and with Kilimanjaro to aim for I got started.
Yesterday they didn't feel too bad. Easy peasy I thought.
This morning during my swim I could feel muscles I hadn't used for years...and in the last hour the ''oh blimey, I hurt" has kicked in!
Lifting my big mug full of coffee made me go ouch!
