Our Saundra's in hospital FURTHER UPDATE 2/9

As I said in the daily thread, I'd messaged her son on Facebook as she's not been around and he's replied straight away.

She's in Scarborough Hospital, he said that the cyst burst and got infected so she's been in since Monday and is being treated for that and also for a chest infection. She's had a couple of bad days but he said that she was more settled yesterday.

Thank you so much for doing that Jo! Direct messaging on FB was a great way of getting in touch, as all we have here on VV to contact people is an email address, and I doubt that anyone really poorly would be checking their emails.

I really should have noticed Saundra was missing myself but I have had my head full of a dear friend, who has had serious health news this week

I wonder if we should have a list of the contact details here, especially for those living alone? I mean for admin to keep, not out here on the web? Or would it be too intrusive? Thoughts?
