I'm just about to head into the pool. It's a little cooler today 8-)

Grumpy is finishing off the tiling and grouting, so I'm keep out of his way

Had to wait for the bread man earlier, but bought 6 rolls, so have some in the freezer now. Must do that more often. I had a cup of coffee and a water, listening to the birds, watching the chickens and cats.

Back fine now :D

Am in Sainsbury's about to do the weekly shop. I walked up here, and Mick will pick me up when I'm finished.

Evening all x

I've been feeling really low and sad all day....yesterday on Twitter, the friends Jen used to live with when she was at Uni, were tweeting about their friend, Luke, who took his own life two years ago to the day. Ana, one of the friends, posted a link to a website set up by Luke's parents. I took a look at it and spent the day fighting, and losing, tears. I never met Luke, but I heard so much about him, I felt like I knew him. He was 25 when he died. I'd like to post the link if I may, should anyone want to read it.

Sunny and showery today. Have a good what's left of Friday x

It's awful isn't it, I remember Jen being very upset the day she found out, she doesn't cry often :(

Still keep thinking about him, and his poor family :(
