Morning :)
It's been raining and is very dull.
Hospital for us, results and plan, in theory.
Thinking of you Saundra, take care today.
Hope everyone has a good day

Morning Di, morning everyone

Sunshine, wall to wall today. Mid 20's already, so going to be rather warm 8-)

Watering done, coffee being drunk and then we'll have a cooked breakfast before heading out.

Off to Mitchell's, to drop off gammon and other stuff, then onto Ourique for a mooch around. Need to see Nelson, will pop in and have a coffee with Sonia, then the Chinese shop for sun glasses (some-one mislaid hers  ) then Pingo and back to relax and swim.

Off to Castro Verde to the Casa do Alentajana for dinner, then back to the bar for a madronia, probably ;)

Hugest hugs and love to Saundra xx

Di, bestest of luck today, hope you can get some sensible answers and a good plan xx

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning all :)

I hope your hospital appointment goes ok Di, we have similar weather here xxx

Morning Cruiser :(

Jan, I hope you and Ria a have a lovely day 8-) :)

How are you feeling this morning Saundra? (((((x))))

Town for me again this morning, another few minutes in the tanning booth. I am taking it very gently, only five minutes a few times a week, for safety considerations BUT the combination of these sessions plus the new foam steroid have almost completely cleared up my psoriasis, so I am keeping up with it 8-) :D Maybe Zumba tonight :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good luck Di.

Doing FiL's shopping shortly and baby duty for MrsC tonight. It's the rock n roll lifestyle here all right! :Hi:

Have a great day all.

Good morning, lovely morning here. I have a few bits and pieces to do, then off to the gym. I'll go for a cuppa with the ladies afterwards, then Mr Osc is taking me out for lunch. After that it will be home to do more packing. Thankfully the new credit cards arrived this morning.

Morning all :D

Wet and miserable here

Good luck at the hospital Di, hope they have a good plan for you xx

How are you today Saundra? Hope you had a good night, it must be so nice being back in your own home.

E didn't have a great night, he was tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Of course that means I'm up and down too so we're both a bit heavy eyed this morning. Need to pop into town to collect his prescription, but as we're slow getting going this morning and the pharmacy bit closes between 1-2pm I'll leave it till this afternoon and drive in.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good afternoon all.

Had a walk round the town this morning.
I always like going into town, as it helps me forget my arthritis pains, which always seem worse when I stay in.
It's quite pleasant here weather-wise, and there's a bit of blue sky showing now.

It's lovely to have you back, Saundra. You certainly have problems, and I do hope things get better for you soon.
