   Because I don't expect anyone but me to dismantle the bed so I can clean right under it, nor shift the sofa's to vacuum under and behind, nor climb on the bed to get at a shelf that's above it or on the dining table to get to a shelf that can't be reached otherwise. ;)

The under bed and behind sofa vacuuming only happens once a month / every 6 weeks; so not to worry. I certainly am no domestic goddess and usually the only additional cleaning I do is a quick whizz round with the dyson which needs to be done daily because of the cats. The proper vacuum now only comes out when Bobbie comes round

OK Jo, still not doing the full hour but in fairness my place isn't very big so it's not all that long to vacuum etc. I have - as was suggested - asked for something additional to be done every day so that's filling in the hour. It's usually about 10 or so minutes short and that's OK with me. It's going to be tough to find anyone that'll only do 1/2 hour which probably would be ideal but hey... Having Bobbie come those 2 hours in the week certainly is freeing up my weekend; so that's worth something x

Given the long hours you're out during the working week that extra time must be nice to have at the weekend. xx
