Morning Ally, morning everyone

A little chilly outside at the moment, but will be warming up nicely later.

Grumpy is outside, wearing a jacket  cleaning off some tiles. Now it's cooler, he can re-bed them. Some of the tiles on the front terrace came loose, so we took them off, before the summer.

I'll pop down to the bar later, for some fresh rolls and will have a coffee too. Always wise to take a book, as he turns up anytime from 9 - 10

General pootling for the rest of the day and a swim.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx even bonkers days ;)

Good morning all, it's a grey and drizzly one here.

Joe's in college, Tom's not in work until 4pm and John's gone to Sunderland for a meeting, he'll be back tomorrow. I'm waiting for an Amazon delivery. I had a leather bag a few years ago which I've used ever such a lot, it's my go-to everyday bag and is the perfect size for days out too, but the lining has finally detached to the point that I can't fix it anymore. Anyway, I found the same bag still for sale on Amazon so that's coming today.

Have a good day all!

Morning all :)

Good luck today Ally! :)

Have a good one Jan :)

That was lucky Jo :)

Popping out this morning to but a beach bag as my old one has had it  Debenhams still have holiday stuff for sale. Then up to see D, then home to put everything in the suitcases - it's all ready to go, in Harry's room. We leave here at lunchtime tomorrow :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all. Sunny with blue skies and a gusty wind here today.

I'm not too sure what's on today but we have an amazon delivery today too Jo, Baby wrangling is on the cards. The physio is doing my hip and back some good, which is nice.

Vibes for those under the weather and have a good day all.

Morning all, it's dull and dreary here and there have been some sprinkles of rain. I've been awake since 6.15, then a friend who is a poor sleeper started chatting to me on WhatsApp, so I didn't get back to sleep. Off out shopping this morning, I want to get Kellie's birthday present - we go to Scotland on Monday till Wednesday then her birthday is the Thursday, so I want it all organised. I also need to get a few things in Boots...and maybe a mooch around TKMaxx :cute:

Thinking of Di today, and I'm glad Saundra is feeling brighter.

Afternoon all :D

Bright and sunny here again 8-)

Lots of noise at 9am, we had a big grab lorry outside clearing all the rubble the virgin peeps left. It's all done now so shouldn't have an early awakening tomorrow.

Sad news yesterday, my cousin Christopher rang to say Aunty Betty died in the night. Poor Uncle Oscar slept in till 8am and woke up to find her gone  When Chris started with 'it's bad news' we immediately thought it was about Uncle Osc, everyone has been expecting it for years. Apparently she had been very down for a few days, but the GP saw her Thursday and didn't feel there was need for concern, just goes to show. Chris is waiting to see if the coroner wants an autopsy and will then arrange the funeral. I really feel we should go, not sure if I can do such a long drive, bit in a dither about it at the moment.

Would have been in here much earlier, but had a long phone chat with Z, mainly about Aunty Betty, but she also wanted to discuss my diabetes. She's doing a 3 year Nutritional Practitioner course at college so she's very interested. As part of the course this year she has to pick one particular medication and look into alternative natural remedies so she's planning to choose metformin. Will be interesting to hear what she comes up with.

Popping over to the small Tesco later, couldn't get all the fruit we wanted in town yesterday. Will probably park up on the cliff top for a little walk too.

Hope you all have a good day :D
