Good Morning Saturday

Postby JanB » 13 Oct 2018, 04:42

Morning everyone

Going to be another lovely day of 28C later 8-)

Up early as painkillers have worn off, Grumpy snoring like a train and cat wanted to go out

Will do some gardening this morning, swim this afternoon and then down to the bar for liquid painkillers before a rather good curry :D

Thoughts for Bry x

Saundra, how are you getting on now?

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning everyone.

Why the painkillers Jan? Hope whatever's hurting eases soon. xx

   re Grumpy and the cat.

Yesterday was ridiculously hot and it's looking the same for today. 8-)

Today we're off to Puerto Banus. :D :D :D

Mum's been wanting to go for years so we're taking her as one of her birthday treats. :D

Apparently there's one of the largest markets in Europe  there.

Once we've shopped and spent we'll go to the port for a look see then find somewhere to go for lunch. I'm really looking forward to it. :D

Tonight Don and I are meeting some friends and going for a Thai meal. :D

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning all, it's pouring down here and still windy. It's forecast to be warm though, in the low 20s, later.

I could do with popping into town a bit later and hopefully it'll stop raining for me to walk Billy. It was a matter of going out in breaks in the rain yesterday afternoon and I ended up taking him around the estate just before Midnight for his 'evening' walk.

John's back from South Wales late tonight, Tom's working this afternoon and Joe stayed at his friend's house last night so will be back at some point (and no doubt out again shortly afterwards).

Hope the liquid painkillers help Jan ;)

Saundra, it does take some getting over, you're doing brilliantly though xx

Sounds great Ally!

Have a good day all!

Morning all. Rainy, grey and windy here.
Our son may or may not be having an operation on his back this morning. He will find out about 9 o'clock. If there are any VV vibes to spare they would be appreciated. I might have to get his car back from Pontefract hospital car park, where he left it yesterday. If the op happens it will be at Leeds General Infirmary. Yesterday was a bit stressful. Will post on the health board when / if I get the time today.
Have a good day all.

Ally, your plans sound great! Love the sound of that market xx

Jan, hope the painkillers work xx

Saundra, I think you're doing great too :) xx

The rain was terrible here too Jo, the dogs had to have their waterproof coats on when Mick walked them :? They match his Hi Viz

Best wishes for your son Crommers! Sending loads of [[[[[[[vibes]]]]]]]] xxx

It's wet and boost here, but not as stormy as yesterday. I unpacked and have made a start on the washing "sigh" - the worst thing about holidays is the washing and unpacking :cute:  B went back to work today after her week off. Mick and I are going out for brunch, then to see D.

Love to all (((((x)))))

 Kaz I bet the three of them look fab going out in their coordinated coats
Bill refuses to wear one

I looked outside yesterday and there was a shrub blowing around on the lawn, roots and all! It's been planted for three years yet the wind managed to blow it out of the ground yesterday.
