The gang of would-be leaders of UKIP that followed him was abysmal, so for me UKIP is out of the question this time. Looking back I wish we had left by way of a no-deal two years ago. I think by this stage we might have been in a far better position.
I would not change my view however, and in the event of a re-run I would still vote leave. I don't like the supercilious sneering way that these unelected bureaucrats in Brussels have treated Mrs May, who has been trying to do an almost impossible job in a polite respectful way. But she needs to show her teeth now.
Absolutely my views too, MedSec, you've summed the whole mess up very well.
I agree, WM, I'm amazed those other 4 letters have not arrived. Perhaps one should blame Royal Mail? I'm also amazed we haven't seen any cabinet resignations today.
May must go, and go quickly, otherwise there is a strong chance that, ultimately, Brexit will be consigned to the dustbin. And if that happens, I will principally blame the insidious poisonous drip of the Arch-Remainers with vested interests like Clegg, Blair, Major, Clarke and Big Business, and the complete intransigence of the EU, who are palpably not our "friends". They have made it quite clear that we have no value to them other than as a cash cow.
We need to get out now, and then re-order our whole relationship with the EU.
