The Portuguese don't go bonkers over Christmas Kaz, that's why I wasn't bothered about going in this morning.

  Saundra

Just got back from the bar to find that Mitchell had triple booked himself for lunch tomorrow, but he's coming to us :o And we weren't on the list

Seven of us at the bar, hen my brother rang. He sounds soooooo much happier now. Think a little visit might be called for. When they get some furniture, that is.

Fire lit, it's cold again now and curry for dinner.

We had a lovely time in town - I excelled myself by arriving home from the gym at 12.20 and we were standing at the bus stop for the bus at 12.33 :D In that time I had changed and even managed to put on some makeup! Our friends had texted to say they were in a particular pub so we went there and stayed chatting for about an hour. Then we went to have something to eat, followed by an icecream in our favourite icecream shop.

After that, we sauntered back down across town, enjoying all the lovely lights. Dublin City Council has lit up some public buildings this year, plus O'Connell Street has lights in all its trees, so it all looked beautiful. Just as we arrived at the bus stop, there was a bus ready to leave so that was handy, and we are now home settled for the evening. All I have to do is paint my nails.
